The MV Fair was held on September 2, 2022, on a beautiful afternoon in the courtyard where residents and staff had a “blasting good time”. A skit was featured with Dan S. wearing a Hand Sanitizer costume battling against Jamie K. wearing a COVID sign with Dan drowning out COVID with his water gun. Residents used squirt guns to “Blast COVID” as they squirted staff wearing signs indicating they were COVID. It was great fun.
Along the Boardwalk of the fair for the residents were carnival games, funnel cake, popcorn, cold drinks, a clown making balloon animals, a dunk tank, a pie eating contest, and the winner of the banana cake bake-off judged by residents was announced.
