We had our first Live music performance in over a year. Keith Andrews came in and performed for the resident singing and playing his guitar. Keith is the son of one of our residents Ruth. It was kept a surprise to her and she was so happy and enjoyed as well as all the other residents that came to enjoy. We can’t wait for Keith and his singing partner to come back.
We were able to capture some pictures and a video clip from our Independence Day Parade held on Friday. And let me tell you the residents and staff of MVNRC can really cut loose.
Check out Activity staff Nancy S., Cindy S., Vicki B. along with Brenda K. and Nicole S. walked the halls of the facility playing Patriotic Music and handing out Red, White, and Blue Lei necklaces to each resident. Singing, clapping, and some dancing were included in the fun.
