Upper Body Strength and Motion

Having a strong upper body is important it helps you lift and reach. You can build upper body strength by doing exercises to stretch and build muscles.  The therapists at Mahoning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center can help design an exercise program.  To build your upper body strength.

This exercise is used for residents who have decreased upper body strength and range of motion. This allows the resident to use their own muscle strength and climb the ladder to increase a range of motion which will ease daily tasks.
